No Subscription Fee will be refunded under any circumstances, and the only exception to this rule is cases of multiple payments for the same registration ID. In all other cases, subscription fees once paid will be non refundable.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Payments for the services offered on Mangalsutraa.com Website and App shall be on a 100% advance basis. The payment for service once subscribed to by the User is not refundable under any circumstances. Refund if any will be at the sole discretion of the Company and it cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the User’s card/bank accounts.
Mangalsutraa.com reserves the right for verification the authenticity of information you post in the site. It may, in its sole discretion, terminate the profile/access to the Platform and forfeit any payment made.
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason. In such cases you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees not utilized, if any, paid by you, unless otherwise guaranteed in writing prior to subscription.
You are NOT allowed to make more than One profile in the Website/App. We reserve the right to terminate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.

Mangalsutraa.com.in under no circumstances shall be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service and / or any Content posted on the web Site or transmitted to users / Members. The exchange of matrimonial profile(s) through or byour platform should not in any way be construed as a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from or by us. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising in/out of, or subsequent to, matrimonial relations established post usage of the service provided through our platform.
